Jane is the CEO and Founder of Gintextile. Having served as a university professor specialized in textile design for 30 years, Jane brings a unique perspective to Gintextile. Jane was graduated with her bachelor degree in textile design from China Textile University in 1986, with 3 years working experience in natioanl yarn dyeing factory as a technician, since then a university professor. Jane set up Gintextile at her age of 35. This wealth of knowledge and experience has shaped Gintextile’s approach to design, quality, and innovation, setting Gintextile apart as a leader in the industry.
With decades of experience and a track record of success, Jane keeps bring Gintextile continue to set the standard for craftsmanship, style, and customer satisfaction in the apparel manufacturing industry.
Mika Chuke Zhu
COO&Business Development
Mika is a dynamic professional with a mechanical master’s degree and dual bachelor’s degrees in business and mechanical engineering. She graduated from Donghua University in 2018 and since then, Mika has embarked on a fulfilling career journey at General Electric.
During her time at General Electric, Mika has had the opportunity to participate in the Operation and Management Leadership Program, where she honed her skills in strategic sourcing, operations supervision, and supplier quality engineering. This experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of supply chain management, which Mika has successfully applied in various roles within the company.
In 2020, Mika was promoted to the role of Asia Service Commercial Leader, where Mika has continued to show her leadership abilities and expertise in sales, commercial operations, and supply chain management. Mika’s diverse industry experience, ranging from Apparel & Fashion to Digital Solutions, has equipped Mika with a global mindset and a strong foundation in teamwork.
